These are really interesting. They have a fair amount of booze in ‘em and taste like a damn margarita. People weren’t really a fan (I liked them) but I think its because they weren’t a typical sweet dessert-y cupcake.
I also would recommend springing for nicer tequila than I used; and if you don’t please at least make sure it’s 100% blue agave.
